Dynamic Verify e-solution is a cost-efficient Movable Asset Verification solution for faster & more accurate financial reporting. Gone are the days of paper verification listings (be it printing, distribution, manual matching, collection, manual capturing, calculations, manual exception reporting, etc).
Through the combination of the Android-based Verify app and cloud-based Management Portal, the solution allows for the scan, capture, sync to the cloud, validation & reporting of moveable asset details in real-time & ‘on the go’ as part of their asset management processes.

Paperless verification
Before verification starts, your entity’s asset details are uploaded. It allows existing assets to be verified through scanning of barcodes or take-on of new assets, with further data capture by the verifiers.The information can be capture uploaded in real-time or off- line for remote asset capturing.

Capture of Asset details
The app allows for the verification of asset details & specifications such as make, model, colour, material, serial number. The entity’s asset hierarchy is used.

Photo & location details
Additional information is also captured as well as asset photos and GIS location for subsequent review or access (e.g. by auditors).

Costing benefit
Our costing is based on number of assets and not number of users, to scale with the entity. Having the solution work on Android devices (with auto focus camera), entities could utilise the devices they internally (or even those of their verification staff for the verification run), without the need for bespoke hardware.

Condition assessment for accounting calculations
The app allows for the user to capture the condition assessment per asset required for depreciation and impairment calculations hardware.

Cloud based management portal
The verification results and data can be accessed via our online portal. It allows for automated room listings (per custodian sign-off) but also verification results exporting.
