AFS automation e-solution

Dynamic AFS provides a centralised cloud-based mapping and reporting solution whereby it links and map your trial balance to allow for an automated population of related statements (position, performance, cash flow, etc) and your disclosure notes within the Annual Financial Statements. This option can be tailored according to the reporting frameworks (e.g. GRAP, IPSAS, MCS) and regulator environment (e.g. PFMA, MFMA, TVET Colleges, etc.).  In addition to annual financial statement automation, DynamicAFS also allows for automation of interim financial statements as well as management accounts (per structured data sets).

We also have a bespoke edition to cater for South African Municipalities, which utilise the National Treasury mSCOA regulations and applicable GUIDS on the mSCOA Trial Balances, to update the municipal set of automated AFS.

Asset verification

Dynamic Verify e-solution is a cost-efficient Movable Asset Verification solution for faster & more accurate financial reporting.  Gone are the days of paper verification listings (be it printing, distribution, manual matching, collection, manual capturing, calculations, manual exception reporting, etc).  Through the combination of the Android-based Verify app and cloud-based Management Portal, the solution allows for the scan, capture, sync to the cloud, validation & reporting of moveable asset details in real-time & ‘on the go’ as part of their asset management processes.

VAT e-solution

Dynamic VAT e-solution was developed to assist public sector entities to improve their ability to comply specifically with Value-added tax requirements. The Dynamic VAT e-solution provides for an integrated view and analysis reporting of monthly VAT transactions. The cloud based VAT e-solution allows for the following functionality based on the Standard rated, Zero rated and exempted VAT transactions based on the uploaded general ledger information.

GRAP / IPSAS focussed Fixed Asset Register e-solution

DynamicFAR is a cloud-based Fixed Asset Register e-solution with accounting framework alignment, accounting life-cycle automation and AFS reporting. It assists with asset accounting life-cycle automation & calculations, as well as GRAP / IPSAS Asset Reporting. It provides compliance with accounting framework’s (GRAP / IPSAS) Asset Requirements & Aligned Data to entity’s AFS reporting periods.
