IPSAS / GRAP Implementation Manual

We have developed and refined, over a period of several years, an IPSAS / GRAP Implementation Manual (IGIM) setting out the standard operating procedures related thereto. This is a 900-page manual that explains in detail and by way of many practical examples and templates the accounting and financial control procedures that need to be implemented by municipalities and other entities to ensure compliance with all relevant government accounting standards.
